With over 30 years of experience in the Texas real estate market, I’ve been dedicated to helping homeowners achieve their real estate goals since 1989. My journey began in downtown Austin as a market analyst and closing coordinator, and with encouragement from my mentor, I earned my real estate license in 1991. Since then, I’ve specialized in selling and listing properties across Central Texas, using my deep understanding of the market to provide strategic guidance to my clients.
Having lived in South Austin, North Austin, Lakeway, and now the Hill Country, I bring a well-rounded perspective on the diverse communities of Texas. As a sixth-generation Texan, my roots run deep in the state, and I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge of areas such as Hays, Travis, Comal, and Williamson counties.
I am committed to empowering sellers with precise market analysis, ensuring their homes are priced competitively and marketed effectively to attract the right buyers. Throughout my career, I’ve earned numerous prestigious designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
My time with RE/MAX saw me consistently ranked among the top 20 agents across five counties and within the state, which led to the opening of my own brokerage in Lakeway. These accomplishments reflect my dedication to delivering results—helping homes sell quickly and at the best possible price and terms.
While my primary focus is on listings, I love working with buyers as well, whether they’re searching for their first home, second homes, luxury properties, or unique rural estates. I also have extensive experience in vacation rentals, pocket listings, and ranches.
Beyond real estate, I’ve had ventures in construction, community development, and Airbnb management, which gives me a comprehensive view of the entire process. My involvement in my husband’s historical masonry business, court reporting, and opening a successful day spa have also shaped my entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to client satisfaction.
When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy gardening, teaching Sunday school, and spending time with my grandchildren. I’m here to make the selling process as seamless as possible, whether you’re ready to list your property or need expert guidance through every step of the transaction.
